Our minds are unique and we all have our own journey with mental health. We decided to work with Cognitive behavioural therapists to understand what tools could help us on our journey towards a happier, healthier and calmer mind.
Cognitive behavioural therapies is based on the theory that thoughts, feelings, what we do and how our body feels are all connected. If we change one of these we can alter the others.
Our courses are written by therapists Dr Nadim Siddiqui and Gemma Boyd for depression and mindfulness. The step by step courses will help you identify your own negative thoughts and triggers and work towards reducing your symptoms of depression.
Our depression course is a personalised journey for you across nine weeks led by Dr Nadim Siddiqui every step introducing you to cognitive behavioural therapy techniques.
The significant evidence base around mindfulness has shown it to be a highly effective (Recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) method of relapse prevention in recurrent depression and as a successful intervention for a variety of anxiety disorders. With practice, mindfulness can help us recognise how we become entangled in streams of worries, self-criticism and ruminative thinking, and slowly learn to break free from these patterns to improve our well-being.
Find your inner calm with our breathing, mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
